Accessibility and Mobility Support

CSMIA provides dedicated assistance for passengers with special needs. Services are available from check-in to boarding to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey. Trained staff are stationed at key checkpoints to offer guidance and support.

Ambulance Facility

Advanced Life Support Ambulances are available 24hrs at airport to facilitate quick movement of passengers during an emergency. The service can be availed during any medical emergency at CSMIA by contacting the respective airline or Airport Emergency Contact Number :+91-22-66850108

For requirement of ambulance for shifting a stretcher passenger from the airport terminal to aircraft or vice versa, a request must be routed through the concerned airline at least 48hrs in advance & this facility is free of cost.

A nominal fee of INR 3000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) is charged for availing airport ambulance facility for transfer of sick passengers to hospitals nearby CSMIA.
